Support for Women's Careers

Declaration of Support for Women's Careers

As the requirements of our customers and the world at large undergo constant and dramatic changes in the current business environment, we have to respond with a full and varied range of solutions. For this purpose, we depend on the professional achievements of diverse groups of people. Under these conditions, we believe that making our company and workplaces women-friendly will allow each and every employee to exercise their abilities to the fullest. We regard this as a crucial wellspring that will help us create new value as a company.
We have already implemented programs to help balance work and child care, and to foster an awareness of women taking charge of their own success as part of our efforts to build an environment that is both physically and psychologically supportive. These programs have won high praise from outside the company. We are working to increase understanding of these programs across our whole workforce, and we hope that our employees will make full use of the systems available to realize both self-actualization and quality work.
We declare that we will make every effort to further promote a workplace culture that facilitates the careers of women.
